Returns Policy

I will refund or exchange items due to shipping damage or non delivery. On orders over a one card purchase I purchase Delivery Confirmation and can track the order. I will email you this number after shipping. If a package is taking a long time, please convo me so we can find it.

I ask that any damaged items be sent back and I will gladly send a new item (as replacement) after the damaged one is returned.

If the buyer does not return the damaged item, I will not refund or replace the item.

I will be able to give an estimated arrival date, so please let me know immediately (within a few days of getting the item) if there are any problems such as damage.

If the item is not recieved in the timeframe it's expected, please convo me first so we can try to track it before we decide what to do. I usually ship the same day Or within a day as the order is placed so the shipping is usually pretty quick, but sometimes things get held up in the mail. On international orders i will not be able to track the item, please let me know if it takes a long time to arrive. Thanks!

Any custom orders (with names/specific personal details/dates) over $30 will require a deposit of half the quoted price, and these types of custom orders may not be cancelled once all of the items are made due to a change of mind. If there is a major problem, such as a changed wedding date, cancelled party etc. please contact me ASAP and let me know what is going on. I am always willing to work with you, sometimes stuff just happens!

I will not refund for a purchase that is just 'not liked'. Please let me know if something is wrong ASAP so I can work with you.
